Needed:

Research assistant for professional Tech writer.

Qualification Requirements:
EXCELLENT spoken and written English (experience with American Accent training a big plus)
College Graduate - IT, Computer Science, Math, English
21 - 29 Years Old
Male or Female
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Products
Excellent web search skills
Above average knowledge of computer hardware and software related ideas, products and topics
Must be able to work productively without supervision
Must be able to type at least 40 words per minute
Must have an IQ of at least 115
Must be able to work nights and weekends
Must be single with no children
Must live in the greater Davao City area

Documentation Requirements:

1.) Biodata with picture
2.) Baranguay Clearance
3.) Police clearance
4.) NBI Clearance
5.) 2 Valid forms of identification
6.) Application letter
7.) College or University transcripts

Testing Requirements for potential candidates:

1.) Typing speed test
2.) IQ Test
3.) Microsoft Office Proficiency Test
4.) Web research test assignment

Compensation and Benefits:

1.) Paid 30 day training period (accepted applicant receives P200 per day during training)
2.) P500 per day starting salary after initial 30 day training period
3.) Free lunch (also free dinner when applicable)
4.) Paid Major Holidays (Christmas, New Years Day - but not ALL Holidays are paid unless worked)
5.) Semi-annual performace and wage increase reviews


Additional Requirements for succesful candidate:

1.) Sign Non-Disclosure Agreement (for methods, research information, clients, etc.)
2.) Sign Acknowledgement of responsibility for own SSS and other Government reporting or Tax requirements (Independent Agent or Contractor)
