Project manager for a construction project - Davao City

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
•In charge of over-all supervision, planning, coordination and schedule management of assigned project
•Validates and checks plans and drawings to ensure all calculation are accurate and according to specifications.
•Ensures the work performed meets quality of workmanship expected of the project.
•Liaises with subcontractors, clients and other support personnel.
•Oversees safety, quality control measures and cleanliness of job site.
•Identifies potential risks of the project and recommends solutions
•Analyzes pressing issues and concerns and recommends resolution
•Monitors and reports the status of the on-going project
•Performs related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time

QUALIFICATIONS:
•Licensed Civil Engineer
•With at least five (5) years of experience in project management in construction-related projects
•With comprehensive constriction technical experience, construction planning, organization, management and quality control ability, familiar with construction management and specifications, various operating rules and quality acceptance evaluation standards, proficient in engineering technical management and cost control, proficient in the performance and use of building materials and construction technology
•Demonstrated ability to handle multiple complex tasks simultaneously, set and meet deadlines, and follow-through within a fast paced environment with multiple and competing demands
•Proficient in plan review and value engineering
•With strong organization, communication, coordination skills, strong sense of responsibility, have good interpersonal relationship processing skills, have the ability to solve emergencies, with strong leadership skills, assertive, resourceful and a team player
•Computer literate. Required skills in MS Office and AutoCad
