A REALTY SERVICE company looking for a company assistant.
QualificationsQualifications:
Male/Female
Single (no children)
23-35 years old
Must have a motorcycle or private car and driver’s license(please indicate in your resume)
A graduate of 4-year course from a reputable school
Business / English or Computer related courses only)
Has an excellent communication skill
Fluent in English, Tagalog and Visayan
Willing to work under pressure, patient and hardworking
Dynamic, goal-oriented and must possess creative skills
Pleasing personality
Job description:
Search houses for rent and deal with house owners.
Plan and implement marketing strategies for the company.
Gather information about some companies in Davao.
Upload pictures and information on the webpage.
Meet and provide assistance to some foreign clients.
Assist the Korean Manager using the English language and everything about Davao City.
Salary & Compensation:
7000 pesos
3 months probationary period
Gas fee and cell phone load allowance will be given provided that all transactions are related to the job.
